Pricing may increase due to the current high cost of gluten-free ingredients. Luckily, this is slowly changing as more manufacturers are realizing the importance of a gluten-free diet for individuals with intolerance, allergy or celiac disease.
We have researched as much material as possible to assure you of a "true" gluten-free meal, and continue to search for quality gluten-free ingredients grown in the United States.

We realize that most people think of gluten-free as "bland and tasteless," but we do our best to adapt different ingredients into each food category to ensure that the taste and texture are as close to the "real thing" as we can get. If we won’t eat it, then it does not go on the menu!!! Any feedback from you would also be greatly appreciated, good or bad, we need to hear from you in order to continue to make improvements.
All gluten-free meals are prepped, prepared, cooked, vacuum packed and frozen totally separate from our regular meals. All gluten-free ingredients are stored separately from our regular ingredients, and we have a separate area for cookware and utensils that are used specifically for the preparation of gluten-free foods (including stand mixers, food processors, etc.).
